استاد در استاندارد TEMA و HEI فاصله استاندارد بین Shell ID و OTL رو پیدا نمیکنم
ممنون میشم راهنماییم کنید، مقدار محدوده این فاصله چقدر میتونه باشه؟

فاکتور OTL بر اساس تعداد تیوبها و اخرین مخدوده تیوب گذاری محاسبه و تعیین میگردد.در استاندارد TEMA جدول مشخصی برای آن وجود ندارد چرا که این قاکتور به پارامترهای طراحی مبدل و خصوصا Seal Clearance برای مبدل (C-Stream) وابسته میباشد .برنامههای طراحی مبدلها بر اساس تعداد تیوبها و چیدمان آنها میزان OTL را محاسبه میکنند بعد میزان SHELL ID را بر اساس ملزومات مکانیکی و ساخت گزارش میکنند. ماهیت REAR SECTION نقش مهمی در تعیین این محدودیت SHELL ID -OTL دارد. در برخی دیزاین منوالها عبارات ذیل نیز اعلام میگردد . قاعدتا این محدودیت به شرایط ساخت تجهیز نیز وابسته میباشد
“Tubes can completely fill the heat exchanger shell. Clearance between the outermost tubes and the shell is only the minimum necessary for fabrication. Between the inside of the shell and the baffles some clearance must be provided so that baffles can slide into the shell. Fabrication tolerances then require some additional clearance between the outside of the baffles and the outermost tubes. The edge distance between the outer tube limit (OTL) and the baffle diameter must be sufficient to prevent vibration of the tubes from breaking through the baffle holes. The outermost tube must be contained within the OTL.
Clearances between the inside shell diameter and OTL are 13 mm (½ in) for 635 mm (25 in) inside-diameter (ID) shells and up, 11 mm or 254 through 610 mm (10 through 24 in) pipe shells, and slightly less for smaller-diameter pipe shells.”
